Haband should be investigated

I requested one fleece coat with switches (she cannot handle zippers) & one set of pants for my aged mom for Holiday. I quickly obtained a confirmarion email for that one coat plus one set of slacks plus a “web research number.” Nicely, Haband delivered THREE coats and THREE sets of pants. Upon delivery, I e mailed them-and also known as their detailed toll free customer support range. The latter never once worked. (dealing with a sponsor of choices ("our choices have transformed") brought possibly towards the concept that "We're unable to consider your phone at the moment, " or even to a note pointing one to a cost quantity should you had a need to really talk to somebody in the place of simply select recorded communications.) The very first consultant stated I should have requested improperly (used to donot) and would need to pay shipping to come back both needless models utilizing their closed return tag. I offered her my “web research number” as evidence that I'd requested properly; she stated they couldn’t entry that quantity & it wouldn’t show anything more. Therefore, I immediately paid shipping and delivered them back again to get my return faster. Months later, the costs stick to my charge card bill. I called again (at my cost obviously), and was informed "it'll consider many more months for all of US to really get the products & return your creditcard." Their reaction to the email was only a form-letter recognizing my email. Subsequently Holiday evening, it ended up the coat had a FREEZER—not switches as was explained and described online. I quickly delivered that back, and again I e mailed them, AND NOT received an answer. Their site "Purchase & Tracking Background link DOESN'T FUNCTION. These things stick to my charge card. Worse, my mom isn't succeeding, which might well have now been my last Holiday together with her.
