Cashed my check, no jacket

I delivered a look for a-tan coat on 2/7 for the amount of $33.96 and they cashed my check on 2/16 but I have not obtained a coat from their website. After I attempt to check up on the purchase they inform me they cannot look for a purchase for me personally. Therefore where's my coat and where's the cash that I paid for that coat??? That was removed from my bank account??? I'll not purchase from Haband again very they are able to maintain their brochures I'll toss them aside and never actually start them THANKS FOR ATTEMPTING TO HELP
