I requested two pet coats from Puppy-gifts.com. Even though jackets were on many sites, I selected Puppy-presents due to the "free delivery" choice. When the products came, I recognized they were also little and that I published instantly to ask about trading them for that next size-up. I had been informed that I'd will have to cover the initial shipping charges. This mailing cost is published on the site but included in a return policy. Since I have was trading, not returning product, used to do not assume that I'd get a charge. Moreover. Though both coats have been delivered in one single envelope using the shipping of $5.15 obviously mentioned about the cover, DD desired to cost me $6.95 PER COAT to switch. Despite I wrote seeking to become billed the total amount they'd really paid to deliver the item, I received no response. I chose to overall return the item and wound up being billed $6.55 per coat. Quite simply, I paid $13.08 for that "opportunity" to do business with Puppy-presents. I subsequently bought exactly the same coats on Amazon for considerably less (with free delivery!)

Free Shipping at DD just applies should you maintain that which you initially requested. Purchase elsewhere! You will find way too many businesses using the same goods who don't cause you to purchase the delivery should you choose to trade/return your products. This can be a silly business design.
