Big ripoff/overcharge for shipping/sub-quaility products

On 5/04/10 I bought 3 publicity of sneakers from Haband aka HSalon.com. Paid additional $10 for specific vessel. After numerous emails, I've nevertheless not obtained my sneakers and contains now been over 10 times since purchase. Therefore much for Specific shipping. I would not have purchase from Haband but I had been departing on holiday and required them to become delivered quickly. And so I dropped $10 but still don't have any sneakers. The very first mail from Haband recommended that I really could examine delivery position of my purchase in 24-36 hours. After purchase was positioned but despite 36 hours. My purchase had stll no been delivered. I suppose specific means "per week or 2 from today"???
