The uncareing of a company to hear my problem and act upon it

In november of 1010 i placed a clothing order with haband corp, one of the items was a leather coat, it was to large so i sent it back. I inadvertainly sent by mistake my wifes black (jones of new york leather coat) upon finding out what i did i called haband immediately, i traced the fed ex and it was delivered to the haband warehouse on november 19 1010 at 845 am.
I imediately called haband to tell them, that was my 3rd call, the lady assured me that once they saw the coat was not there product it would be sent back.
Well i have since called many more times to no avail. Both myself and my wife are greatly disturbed that someone in that warehouse stole our coat. I no it was my fault for sending back the wrong coat but i am old and i guess not to bright, but what is right is right and i called and they lead me to believe that it would sent back. Well they were not truthfull
