Tried to order a phone from this jerk and he did nothing but lie and speak rudely to my wife. Had to cancel order and tell my child why he could not have his christmas present 2 weeks after christmas. Poor service, rude and untrustworthy. I can't believe verizon would allow someone of this caliber working and representing their company.
How could a commision sales rep continue making money acting and behaving so rudely and very unprofessional. I would not order a. 05 bottle of water from this guy if i were stuck in the desert. Yes i am chapped in the rear. No one desereves to receive that type of service and condescending texts from a squirt like jeremy. Buy from him at your own risk.
