Bait and Switch! Put up great deals for Christmas and then could not deliver and were rude about it

This website advertised great deals over Christmas on lift kits. I ordered on December 12 in hopes of giving a lift as a present.

It's March 3 and still have not received.

I was told at first it would ship on January 20, when that date came and went I emailed them. They replied (rudely) that it would ship on February 25. When that date came and went I emailed. They again replied (rudely) that it wouldn't ship until April 25.

No communication, rude emails and no product. I finally emailed and said to cancel the order and was told I could not cancel via email I had to call them!
