Ripoff, Unknowledgeable service representatives cannot answer any questions about my service. Unwilling to be on my side, horrible customer service, employees seem un-trained

Customer service representatives of verizon wireless are unable to tell a customer anything about their phone. "You have to call or get on the internet to get that kind of information." Well with a broken phone and no connection to the internet besides my parents house, thats a bit hard.

Customer service reps have been no help to me at all..."try using a land line to call verizon" they say. "Can I use your telephone?" I asked. No I am not allowed to call the verizon main office from the verizon sales office telephone. If this store is for sales and not anything else maybe we should call them sales people instead of customer service representatives.

Seeing how I feel they did not represent me as a customer to verizon I feel more like I am on the leashe, like i am in verizon's pocket. Although when I can get to a verizon rep on the phone they are extremely helpful. I only wish the "representatives" I speak to in person could be that helpful and knowledgeable about the produyct that they are SELLING. Not representing
