ShopNickJr.com has terrible customer service and horrible delivery policies! Ripoff

I wanted to order something from the shop. Nickjr.com website, but before doing so, I checked their delivery times to be sure I would receive the item by Christmas since it was a gift for a small child. It CLEARLY stated that I could expect delivery in 3-8 business days. Knowing that I still had plenty of time, I placed the order. Well, 2 weeks later, I still had not received the item, so I tracked the order and found out that I would not receive the toy in time for Christmas. When I called customer service, I spoke with a supervisor named Valerie at ext. 72437, and was told (quite rudely) that it takes 3-8 days from the day they ship it, not from the day the order is placed. That is not what their website says. It took them 5 days just to ship the item... That is extremely deceptive and misleading, especially around the holidays. Now I have an item that is at the top of a small boy's wish list that he will not be getting for Christmas because the Nickeleodeon Store can't tell the truth. Their employees are rude and very unhelpful. I will never buy from them again and hope none of you do either.
