The PSP I paid for indicates "in-home" service. Taking my TV away for 2 weeks to replace the screen is NOT what the plan says - yet the only option I was offered was "take it in yourself, or get another opinion"
I'll most likely be asking for refunds on my other contracts in accordance with Alabama law.
