Therefore UNFORTUNATE! I applied the corporation for 4 decades for borthday party announcements and sadly never again. I first approached MARLENE on Dec. 21st with my data, and did not get a reaction back until Dec. 26th. I subsequently replied that evening having a modified backup, after which did not get a reaction until December 31st, stating they'd be in my experience t/in 1-3 times. That Mon was noticed like a vacation, nevertheless I still didn't obtain my announcements before following Sitting. I requested these 3 months preceding, but still did not have them after I was informed I'd, and had an overall total of 10 times without any repsonse. There is no out-of-office response, or something informing me why there is no response. From the period they came I'd to create a lot of calls w/d it had been too late to email. MARLENE subsequently never answered in regards to a reimbursement, or credit. After I named toask her about this, she was really rude, required no obligation for that insufficient conversation on her behalf finish, and essentially charged me for orderiing round the vacation! And so I will soon be ARGUING the cost through my lender, and other people that's been burned it is best to do exactly the same. It' the only path you will get your cash back for bad support.
