No refund

Nowadays I received a text from my lender that the cost was prepared on my mastercard. I understood immediately that anything was wrong since I hadnt applied my mastercard nowadays I used to be at the office all day long couldnt had! I named my lender ASAP and was informed a cost was on my take into account 39.99 from the business named Iyogi. I've never heard about the corporation before and had no idea how to proceed. Thank God my lender had a person support number and supplied me having a deal amount. I named Iyogi and was informed I DID SO create the purchase for what Im not really certain of however now which there wouldn't be any reimbursement or change of the deal! I had been surprised!!! I questioned Mr Sujit Kumar to consult with a boss and was informed Identification be informed the same he was informing me NO REFUNDS! I couldnt think this! I subsequently questioned Mr Kumar to describe in my experience what this assistance was which was bought for this he couldnt expalin simply kept showing me these were teck help! For what I DON'T KNOW! He couldn't supply any more data after requesting him to describe this many times then he told me that TODAY he might perform a reimbursement and also the resources could be positioned in the account. Im unsure if I'll ACTUALLY see-the reimbursement I did so receive a mail confirming the reund demand was prepared but Im not hopful at-all I will observe times of calling the corporation! Ive never been handled such as this from the business before.
