Converted into collection company after I declined to cover item never received

Got benefit of "free" examples and informed representative that used to do not need to carry on within the plan when I just required 2 pills and had an extremely unfavorable response. I had been delivered a contact informing me that item had been delivered in my experience where moment I named their customer support and informed them used to do not need their item and that I was informed they'd credit my consideration and stop my "account." I'd been charged for that item after which a credit was released exactly the same evening I approached their customer support. I had been subsequently informed from the Postoffice that I'd a from their store that we declined to get and requested them to come back to organization. Many weeks later I had been approached with a variety agency requiring cost.
