Failed to Inform

My fiance and I, originally bought a product on a credit card at Best Buy in Austin, TX. This was a while back. When we signed up for the credit card we were told that we'd have 18 months to pay off the merchendise "Interest Free"; well little did we know, and little did the employees know, after the promotional time period was expired, if the merchendise wasn't paid in full, they would tack on ALL, yes ALL of the interest that we WOULD have paid had we NOT been under the little 18 month promotional thing (not sure what it is really called).

So, by the time the promotional time period was up, we had a little over a hundred dollars to pay, and Best Buy and their credit company tacked on over $600 onto our bill!!! I tried calling and disputing this, because we had absolutely no idea this was going to happen... And of course they said that there was nothing they could do about it, and that we'd be required to pay that amount in full.

I then went to Best Buy to speak with them in person, and the employees were also shocked, because THEY didn't even know that this is how it worked!!!

Basically, its obvious, that when they were trained they were NOT informed about this either, I even had a Best Buy employee tell me that, now that they know how that promotional thing REALLY works, they'd make sure that they discouraged other customers from using this "Deal", because of how wrong they thought it was!!!

This is just like theft if you ask me.

Best Buy has to be the worst company to do business with that I've ever dealt with... And on top of that, when you call their Customer Service Number, they obviously have outsourced their call center to another country (cheap labor), because the people answering the lines are so hard to understand its rediculous.
