Nver use care credit!

This is outrageous... I had an interest free promotional that ended on 1/13. I have paid on time every month, set up automatic payments and have never been late on a payment. I got my bill in Jan. And saw they added the $1200 accrued interest during my promotional period. I asked when I signed up for the card they said interest would start on the balance when my promotional period was over. Not true. Alex an account specialist didnt care what I had to say, cut me off multiple times and told me he could waive my $1200 in inerest if I paid my remaining balance of $1500 TODAY?!?!!?! Alex said he was doing me a favor and going above what normally they do with this offer. Then proceeds to be an ass with an attitude an lets me know it is my responsibility to read all the documentation. I told him I understand butI trusted someone who uses care credit and promoted care credit and I fall short. Charging 27% you know all they want is money!!!
