Major ripoff company and the most incompetent organization!

I TRIED Comcast for 1 week! It was a comedy of errors!
The installer was to install on Sat from 12 to 5pm by 8pm I still had not seen them, not even a courtesy call. They showed up at 2 pm on Sunday like nothing was wrong. They only brought one box. I had ordered two for the two tvs. There was another installer in the area so he brought by a box. When they left, I didn't have all the channels I was suppose to have but they assured me that within 24 hours the information would be downloaded. Geez, my DSL doesn't take that long!

Monday evening I still didn't have the channels so I spent an hour on the phone with Customer Service. They couldn't fix it and she scheduled a tech. To come out on Wednesday. The tech didn't come out when he was suppose to either and when he did show up stated that the boxes were the wrong ones. To make a very long story I AM WITH DISH NETWORK SAT. And I am very pleased!!!

Would you believe Comcast had the gaul to bill me and for the entire month!
Never again!
