Sold me promotional package for 163.00/month & wireless router I didn't need

Purchased triple package for internet/phone/premium movie channels for 4 t.V. S for 163.00 to be billed (325. Promised in rebates) 54. For a wireless router they said I needed even though I already had one.

Installer showed up today; said my arrangement only included one cable box & I would have to pay 35. More for each t.V. & plus modems. Also said it didn't include the phone (which they have already contacted AT & T to get my number transferred).

Called Comcast & they said yep, that my arrangement only included one t.V.

Told them to cancel my order, not bill & have a supervisor contact me. No response. Showed the installer the door. My son looked at the wireless & told me we already had a more expensive one. I felt stupid telling him they told me that this one would go with the Comcast cable.

Monday I am filing a complaint with consumer division in tall for the wireless & anything else they end up trying to bill me for. Beware. These guys are liars.
