New Jersey ripoff dishonest billing Aurora Illinois

I call ATT&T the company cause I wasn't getting call waiting. They told me I didn't have it for a while. Then she said that we're paying too much money & that she would give us a better deal. I agree she said it be about $40.00 a month & $5.00 bill credit for 6 month I agree but when the bill came it was $60.35. Now after the 6 month with the $5.00 credit it's going to be $65.00 not $40.00
