Love amazon, but

I love amazon... Years of good service, enjoy selling on this site as well. Very reliable, high quality customer service...

However, wish i could say the same about amazon unbox, where i have purchased many
digital items.

To put it simply, a number of my purchases are lost. I have contacted the company, but have received no help in retrieving them. They've simply disappeared. If i can access them on one computer, but not another.
