Overcharged/Double charged and then trouble refunding

I made a purchase from their website in the amount of 18.95. Two pre-authorization holds for the amount of 33.12 were placed on my debit account. After several phone calls, the overcharged amount was refunded. But I cannot get them to release the 2nd hold, even after the charge has gone through! They are tying up my $ on my debit account and have NOT been helpful in rectifying the situation! I have gotten nothing but the run-around from this company! Bad bad business!!!
