Horrible Customer Service

I have shopped often at this store. I now will go out of my way not to go there. I have had one bad experience after another and this latest one tops them all. I paid for a propane exchange at 13:25 and was finally able to get the exchange tank at 13:50. What took so long you might ask. That would be waiting on a manager to come out to the garden center with a key to unlock the cabinet-after being paged 3 times. The greeter at the door said to that manager, that it was not right that a customer had to wait so long and to wait in this heat-he looked at the thermometer and said that it read 107 degrees. To which the manager replied-sure feels good out here (he just walked out of the air conditoned bldg.). Totally unacceptable. This happened on a Monday afternoon-I can not imagine that they were THAT busy to make me wait for so long.

Other reasons why I am not going back: a customer service manager (don't know her name, but she is an older black woman who frequently wears skirts)-she is such a loud-mouth and gets into folks' face. Pharmacy-typical wait time at this store is 1-2 hours, store across town 15-20 mins. 45 at the most. Friday night of Memorial day weekend (6 P.M.) waiting over 30 mins. To check-out when I noticed just how many check outs were open: 4 express lanes and 3 regular. Only one lane was open on the GM side, an express one. Really-one Memorial Day weekend? Really-in a town surrounded by 3 lakes? Where is the thinking behind this? Would not have been so bad, but as I was walking out, I saw two checkers leaning over the CSM station looking bored. I understand about people calling in-however, I would've had my CSM person announce over the intercom something about sorry about your wait. The line for the one express lane started at the jewelry counter-the checkout was last one in the row.
