Oh. The customer service here sucks!

Since christmas i have been at this store 4 times trying to even exchange a cd. Each time there are at least 20 people in the return line and only two cashiers. Now as you look around this store there are at least 50 workers in blue shirts... Walking around... Talking in groups... And of course trying to sell product...

... Well, if you need to return or exchange something you have to wait in this line of 2 cashiers... I waited 40 mins for an even exchange... There is also 3 or 4 other registers not being used but those are "product pick up" lines with no one in them... Not being used for returns. Like it could be if this company offered good customer service...

... I asked for a manager while waiting and no one came for at least 20 mins... When manager "keith walker" finally showed after severak requests i said that this was bad customer service and i had been back several times and this was pitiful... They have a 14 day return policy on larger items and 30 days on everything else... I just wanted to even exchange... He said you have to stay in line. And started to walk away. I replied "thanks for the crappy service" and his reply was "thanks for being so positive" and i said excuse me and he just kept walking away. Ignoring me... The customer service here sucks!!! The service sucks!!! Don't buy anything you might have to return... But i bet you can find 20 people to sell you something.
