Lost $89, No Reason Given and Account Protection Refused

PayPal ripped me off of $89. When I called them, the rep told me she couldn't tell me why. All she said was that they looked over the account and refuse to offer protection for my account, which I feel is wrong. I told her I was calling a lawyer, and she gave me the address to where people go to file claims, etc.
Why is this company still in business? What do they have, a license to rip off good people? I hate them so much, it's a shame. They should be shut down. How can I sue them for my money???
