Hacked Account With Over $800 Never Restored or Refunded

About four months ago, when I tried to log into my PayPal account, the password was different. Someone had hacked my account, and he or she changed my password and all my information.
There was over $800 in my PayPal account. I requested my money back or reactivation of my account, but they refused because they said they could not verify who is real. I faxed them my phone bill and a copy of my driver license, but they never helped me.
They are taking the money from my account very easily.
I really hate PayPal, eBay and Yahoo. They are the same, the worst companies on the planet.
