Shops, Products, Services

On November 3, I contacted Watchbrokers.com about selling my Rolex watch, Initially Matt Mason quoted me a value over the phone of between $7000.00 - $9000.00, and may be as high as $11,000.00 since the watch was in mint condition as it has never even been worn before. On November 7th watchbrokers.com received my watch for an appraisel and condition report. After 2 days I was contacted by Matt Mason of Watchbrokers.com, and he advised me that my Rolex watch was only valued at $4900.00..initially Matt quoted me a value of between $7000.00 - $9000.00.. After receiving such a lopw appraisal, I decided I no longer wanted to sell the watch, and wanted it returned to me. I have been calling Matt Mason and Watchbrokers.com every day to get them to return my watch and he continues to not answer his phone nor return any of my phone messages left for him. He also refuses to answer any of my dailey emails to him and his company as well. I will be calling the Atlanta District Attorneys office as well as my attorney. Please do yourself a favor and never deal with this company, save yourself the headache of being ripped-off. This operation is a total scam.
