Stole my Rolex watch on the pretense of auctioning it for me

Shops, Products, Services

Approximately two months ago I intrusted my Rolex watch to watchbrokers.com for auction. The watch was appraised by them for $7000.00 and according to them they had a buyer for it. Since that time I have contacted them to find out updates on the transaction and have been given the runaround by Eric Toso, the person assigned to my case. NO money of course! I know now I have been riped off and would like to know how to file Fraud charges against these crooks. The watch is a Rolex Submariner, 1962 vintage.
