Travelers innovations paid trial period and did not recieve information and was charged the next month full paymt. Can't contact customer service

I was contacted by phone to try about 5 different services. I was supposed to recieve membership information and had the right to cancel in 30 days. I was suppose to recieve an assortment of gift cards for cards for trying. I did not not recieve the information and was charged the full monthly fee the following month. I have tried to contact customer service for 3 of the offeres i did not recieve but the numbers are always unavailable.
