Scammed into paying $149

I was told that I would recieve a sample bottle for 4.95. With that sample i didnt recieve any form/bill stating the companies name, address or phone number. Nor did i recieve a bill stating how much i have paid. I did not recieve anything stating that I needed to cancel anything in 15 days or I would be charged $149. What is my next step to getting a refund of $149???
