Scam, rip-off, terrible services

This company is a Hugh ripoff, I am so mad I wasted my money. I requested services on the day before thanksgiving and my carpet look exactly the same. I called for their two room service from a coupon I received in the mail. When the guy name mike got here he basically tried to scam me into paying for a higher price service. I told him I just wanted to try them out for now based on the coupon price, he called his boss in front of me and they took 20.00 off and I still denied it. Which I'm grateful I did because they did a steam cleaning in less than 10 mins basically just wetting my floor no cleaning. My carpet looked exactly the same when he left as it did before he game np difference at all not even a tiny bit of a difference. I've rented carpet cleaners from public and done a better job myself but because I'm pregnant my body can handle the stress. The only positive thing about the company is that they did come the same day for services. Don't waste your money, even with coupons. Their 1st impression was their last with me, and I'm glad I didn't pay for the higher service.
