Roi carpet put a ad in the news paper with a coupon to steam clean five rooms for only $39.95. So I had Roi carpet cleaning come out to my place. They came out and told me oh the steam cleaning is not going to work for you. They told me I need something else that would cost over $200.00. I told theme thats ok I don't need your service and they would not do the deal that they put in the ad in the news paper. So after I told theme I do not want it. The guy from Roi Carpet Cleaning said there was a $25.00 dollar service fee. He did not do anything but try to sale me something else. Which the $25.00 service fee was printed in small print in the ad, but after I wrote a check for the $25.00 service fee. He gave me some paper work and some of there buissness cards and on the all of the buisness cards it says call for a free Estimate. So they came out and would not do what they offered in the ad and ripped me off for $25.00. I know $25.00 doesn't sound like much but imagine how many people they go out in see every day and do this to. And then there stupid enough to turn around and give you buisness cards that say call for a free estimate that means no service fee. These people are scam artist and don't step up and follow threw with what they put in there ads.
