HH Gregg and Samsung. Poor Customer Service

In late August I purchased a UN55C8000 from HH Gregg. After less than one month it wouldn't turn on... Just kept clicking. I've seen on this and other sites that this is apparently a commmon problem with this branc/model. HH Gregg sent out a Samsung appproved technician who says that he can't tell what's causing the problem but will order a new mother board and a new control board. Basically rebuilding most of the TV, and the technician said that he's not sure this will cure the problem. Meanwhile I have $3000 investment sitting inoperable face down on the floor. The technician even sugested that I call both HH Gregg and Samsung to see if either would just replace the TV. I did. HH Gregg is hiding behind their 14 day return policy and refuses to replace the TV. Samsung customer service is a mess. They will not consider replacing the TV unless their authorized technician says the TV definitely can't be repaired through this trial and error method. Sure seems like HH Gregg would step up and provide better customer service to someone who has made numerous purchases from them over the last couple of years.instead my call today to their customer service line asking them to reconsider their return policy ended in them saying the manager would call me back. No return call.
