Bait and Switch Scam... Charged my card $100 extra

This company ripped me off stating they offered work at home for a fee of $23 for the information. When I put in my card information and went to my cc information to verify the charge and they had charged $100 extra! The customer service number told me there would be a refund but they could not give me the corporate number when the refund was not issued. They finally told me to go and secure my refund "by any means necessary!" I charged it on my Direct Express "government card" and they offered me no assistantance in the matter. This company initially had another name when I replied to the ad then changed it when they withdrew my funds! I will find the other name and report it as well!!
