Ripoff called and offered credit card, withdrew $199.00 from my bank account and never sent any further information, sent me a post card stating that my refund would be received within 10-15 days, never received anything, telephone numbers disconnected

I was contacted by a telemarketer stating that they would send me a packet of information and a credit card and all I had to do was pay $199.00. I gave them my bank information and they took that amount from my account.

When I did not receive the information packet, I called and requested a refund. They took my information and said that I would be receiving a refund. I called about 1,000 times and they kept telling me that things were backed up. For over 2 years I attempted to collect my refund. I even received a post card stating that I would be receiving my refund withing 10-15 days. I kept calling and never received anything.

Finally, I called and the number had been disconnected and it did not give a new number. After that, I was unable to get any information on the company. I have tried numberous times to find a way to contact them but have been unsuccessful. I even contacted the Better Business Bureau but they were of no help and did not seem interested in my situation.

I would like to find out more about this company and even if I never get my money, I would like to make their lives hell by continuing to call and hound them about my money.
