Allowed a rip-off scam to charge my card with no assistance

This company that withdrew funds from my card in the amount of $144 when it should have been $23 for work at home. I informed Direct Express and they sided with the scam company and did not even investigate. They told me that I had to go to the company myself (which I had already done) and beg for my money to be placed back on my card. They offered NO assistance and said my dispute was denied because they were too lazy to dispute it. This government company will not support you so do not use their card... Is my suggestion.
