Fraudulently obtained and charged my Visa Debit card

This website, www.debt2wealthclub.com, whom I"ve never ever visited fraudulently obtained my credit card information after I ordered what was supposed to be a government grant information CD from DBW Grant Express for what was only supposed to be $1.98 charge. Not only did I receive this totally useless CD that is not at all legitimate but a scam to get more money out of you, but first I got a fraudulent charge of $69.95 taken out of my debit card from DBW*Grant Express and then a week later I got another $30.00 charge debited from my account from CREATEWLTH8662853741 for some site www.debt2wealthclub.com. When I called their number their representative Grace B. Told me that they obtained my information (including my credit card information!) from their affiliates, which I can only assume began with DBW*GrantExpress. I now have to cancel my card and get it re-issued as I am sure other charges will continue to be fraudulently taken. Both of these sites claim that I signed up for some trial period from them but I NEVER DID, they were sold my private information from DBW*Express or some of their other "affiliates". Grace B from membershipcare.net also continued to try and sign me up for tons of other "debt management and cash flow analysis" related scams BEFORE she would process my refund and cancel my information from their database!!! The similar experience was endured by me when demanding a refund from DBW*Express with their rep, Carl, both times I had to wait on the phone over 15 minutes or more before getting my refund owed! I am so mad!!! Im a single mom of 2 and I rely on every dime I have, and this all started because I wanted information on hopefully obtaining grants for single moms so I can go back to school and try to make a better living for my family... It's sickening these sites pray on those in need.
