Ripoff Promissed Background Information on People Charged$50 did not deliver. What a scam

What a scam!

First I had to pay $20 for only a 24hr. Access pass to thier Data base that they lead you to believe is full of information you can not get on your own. Then for anouther $30 they bait and switch, promise but do not deliver a specific bit of information that I needed.

I emailed and called thier customer service wanting a full refund on services not delivered. I recieved an email from them stating my order or request for the information i wanted had been forfilled. No refund. I would not have paid the extra $30 if they had not said they could provide me with the information they stated they had.

They ripped off $50 from me for information that is free from a phone book. They also prayed on my emotions.
