I ordered the Ugg Broome from them assuming they were the discontinued style I already own. The site is almost identical to the Uggaustralia site. The product arrived quickly, but the boots are plastic, although the heel plate looks identical to the real thing. Many detailed emails were sent, and received, from the seller.
