Check these reports before you buy from this website - I didn't, to my cost!

Against my better judgement, I foolishly decided to buy my teenage daughter a pair of Ugg boots for her Christmas and thought I'd researched the sites thoroughly. Obviously not thoroughly enough. Ordered the boots and from day one felt uneasy about the site, although the boots weren't cheap so I thought I should be ok.
In total the boots cost 125 (over 20 for customs to import the boots) and when they arrived - with no box - I realised my instinct was right. They are poor quality, with chic empire written on the sole. Little better than cheap, market bought boots. I thought of sending them back, but the reality is I'm unlikely to get a refund without a struggle and the postage was such that I would be even more out of pocket than I already am.
As a single parent I'm not in a position to buy my daughter a real pair, so for the privelege of 125 I'm left with a crappy pair of cheap boots.
There's little contact information on this website and as for leaving comments, impossible.
