Fake boots. Will only refund me 20 dollars and told me to keep the boots

Ordered which I thought was Ugg boots and when I got them they were fake. Stitching terrible, crooked label sewn on back of boots. So I emailed them and told them I wanted to send them back and please credit my charge card with the refund. So they said Sorry that you are not satisfied with our boots. So now, we accept return but it will waste your return ship cost about 30-50 dollars and it will waste our original ship cost too. They also go on and say that is not worth it to do. So they said they will refund me 20 dollars and not to return the boots. There is no phone number to talk to anyone. They just signed it uggaustralia sale team. I asked them for an address in my next email and said I wanted to send the boots back and also wanted my full refund which was 120 dollars. Haven't heard back from them. They aren't even in the same box as the uggs are in a department store. I compared the boots at a place and saw how nicely the stores uggs were sewed. The fur inside is also thinner.
