Our 78-year old mother got connected as well as in 6 months purchased $17,000 value of the expensive material. I am sure the "retail cost" of the "deals" HASN'T been compensated! Due to her dementia, I had been informed they'd create exclusion and take return.invested 2-3 times and $236 delivery/insurace to return the crap and today they "have no idea who'd have explained any such thing" after I named once they delivered this trash back. They make the most of people and really should be embarrassed.
