My property, along with many others, is currently being managed by this company. It has come to my attention that the property manager we have hired has been charged with not one, not two, not three, but FOUR DUI's. He is a the manager/owner's son and in his early 20's. I am VERY concerned as his job cannot be done without a proper drivers license. My property has been sitting vacant, I am losing money on it monthly, and I am trapped into a contract with this company. As far as I know, this property manager has many properties he takes care of, upwards around 70. Unprofessional, embarrassing and out of control. This situation needs to be addressed.
