Ip off—in my opinion

My 78 year old mom got hooked and in 6 weeks bought $17,000 worth of their overpriced stuff. I'm sure the "retail price" of their "bargains" has NEVER been paid! Because of her dementia, I was told they would make exception and accept return. Spent 2-3 days and $236 shipping/insurace to return the junk and now they "don't know who would have told me such a thing" when I called after they sent this garbage back. They take advantage of people and should be ashamed.
