Very rude people

I had been overdue on my vehicle cost thirty days and judy named me at the office i advised she'd the cost my next she informed that she's comming for that vehicle she asked me why have i been late i informed her since I have purchased the vehicle it's experienced the store monthly she stated that isn't her issue after which explained she'd contact my chef and inform him exactly what a loss I'm after which hung-up the telephone on me i tryed contacting her back but she'd not return my Telephone calls. And today the repo.organization is asking might work they're excellent people there they simply explained phone pursuit to create a cost however they won't return my calls. Thank you
