This business gathered a $50 deposit at that time of my dogis ownership that was to become kept until my dog was spayed. The deposit wasn't to become banked, but upon providing this business my puppyis spay certification, the deposit check was to be delivered in my experience or destroyed. The check was BANKED on October 9. I've been not able to enter connection with Susan Matthews about obtaining my deposit back. I've had a encounter with this specific business, looking to get my puppyis vaccination document, label and spay visit was like pulling teeth. I'd prefer to get my $50 deposit back as initially decided. This business is conning many individuals.
