Bank wont cash their deposit refund checks

I hired an automobile from Business and was necessary to abandon a deposit, I did so. The vehicle business attempted to con me from the deposit by calling me 2 nights later informing me the insurance provider had end spending money on the rental. They didnt wish to return my deposit and attempted to cost me, but I had been ready to obtain my deposit back and attempted to cash the reimbursement check and was informed by my lender and actually check cashing location that Business has released BAD INSPECTIONS and they'll not cash this reimbursement check. I gave them money and returned a poor check thats useless
