CONCLUSION: I set a deposit of $600 on the particular kitten of puppies, due a particular day. I had been informed if this puppy wasn't pregnant, I'd get my deposit back. This puppy wasn't pregnant. Our cash wasn't delivered, despite ultimate court-order.

Facts:

In-May, I approached Mikki McFarland in regards to a dog. I'd cause to become particular and that I described this. Mikki said she'd a perfect (for my reasons) woman, Jazzy, whom she was reproduction to a perfect man. She stated her puppies were $1600 and he or she needed a 1/3 deposit. On October 8, I sensed I'd no option but to document a civil suit. I'd complete evidence of all the above, and also the judge decided. I gained my situation on January 20 for that return of my deposit and all court costs.
