Acutely Horrible Customer Support!

I got my £75 suede sneakers into this store to obtain a easy heel fix prior to the Easter Vacation weekend (9th April). I subsequently visited get select them on the 14th April. The person who offered me the sneakers didnot take them off in the carrier for me personally to examine and that I didnot take them off possibly when I am (stupidly) very trustworthy. The sneakers weren't taken off the carrier till I got home. While eliminated the sneakers in the carrier athome these were coated having a unusual difficult staining material.

I'm a lady instructor in her twenties and these three males might have no cause to feel threatened by me. Used to donot have any cause to rest and was astonished at their total rejection to hear some of my answers. I've never experienced this sort of violence before which may be the very first time in my own life I've created a formal complaint.

I quit the store experience extremely dissapointed and surprised in the therapy I'd obtained and wouldn't desire this upon other people (thus the criticism). I really hope that individuals may study this and until the support at Kwik Kleen enhances I'd not at all suggest ecommerce to anybody
