Refusal to honor posted return policy without cause

I purchased a set of shoes. I never actually attempted about the sneakers. Used to donot actually contact the labels so when I visited return the sneakers using the unique bill a day later I had been declined a return. No explaination whatsoever. The store-manager simply left the sneakers within the carrier and explained to operate an extended. I'll never look here again. The shop did not actually recognize their very own published return policy. I kept wondering why they'dnot return the sneakers I purchased significantly less than twenty four hours before, I never used them, the labels where still connected and that I had the initial bill. The STORE-MANAGER didn't provide a reason of WHY he's questioning the published return policy. I felt humilated after waiting in-line for fifteen minutes
