No return call

I requested personalized Holiday decorations for my newborn granddaughters. After I requested, there is a telephone number published on the site. I named and questioned if shipping was possible by Christmas. They said yes. (it had been Nov. 18) I put the purchase and also have not gotten something. It's today Dec-14, their telephone number isn't any longer published on the site. They claim they'll react within twenty four hours to a contact. They've been unresponsive to three e-mail needs with an update about the standing of my purchase.
