I requested 3 distinct models of decorations for 3 of my kids who live-out of condition for Holiday and compensated with my charge card about the Collectibles Today Site.

I'm extremely cautious when purchasing online and was cautious to not click any containers that will instantly register me to some number of decorations. The following day I obtained a contact thanking me for my membership which the sequence could be delivered regular. I instantly replied and stated to not cost my card or vessel any more decorations.

In January I'd fresh costs from Collectibles Today on my card. After I approached Collectibles Today via telephone and e-mail they stated I'd inadvertently activated to some sequence plus they might stop the demand. Our reaction from their website through e-mail mentioned the decorations had been already delivered and they must be delivered which the return card within the container must be completed to prevent shipping. The client support consultant who sends out exactly the same scripted BS point to everybody it appears, believed to permit 30 to 45 times for that return and another 10 times to credit my bill.

I replied again declaring that I'd have to contact my kids and also have them return the things which waiting nearly 2 weeks to truly have the costs corrected was undesirable.
